I am a big believer in regular massages too. There have been times when reflexology was the only therapy that allowed me to feel relaxed and grounded. The Healthy Junkie's Community Cleanse runs from May 4th to May 31st, 2011. This is a perfect time for any participants living in your area to schedule a cleansing massage. I invite you to post the information on The Healthy Junkie facebook page or on the blog.

Thanks Dag - can't believe you looked into this last "year" ... I've been remiss to check out my own site - encouraging and frightening to see that someone is visiting "me", reading my posts and ... commenting!! Really appreciate it. You've Inspired me - Today forward I'll be checking in every day - my tomorrows will be like today. Thank YOU for that inspiration. Seen some of your FB posts - awesome. I trust you're experiencing new success as a coach. How's that book coming along? If I can assist with that endeavor, please let me know.

Hi Diane!

Thank you for commenting on my blog - encouraging to know that someone is actually reading it! I've been remiss in checking it regularly. That's changing today and the following tomorrows. You're the first to get a response!

Yes, working to get back into the things that I'm passionate about while learning where passion has faded ... not always an easy discovery. However, massage is something that hasn't faded over time - I'm very thankful to the powers that gifted me with this sense of touch. Let me know when you're up next and have time for a session - it'd be an honor to have you as a visiting "celebrity". Your table is waiting...

Congrats on your weight loss - suppose that shallowness you mention has a silver lining if it inspires weight loss for you, removes the cloak of invisibility and, in a way, inspires you to reveal your magical self to the world. What a lucky world and a healthier you! All the best with your next step(s)!

Love ya back...
Lowry

Oh forgot to tell you, I'm 30 lbs lighter now and working on more. I'm no longer "invisible" to the world. Somehow I think overweight creates a veil of invisibility, especially down here in the land of the shallow human.

Hi Lowry,
As I recall from the old college days of back aches, you give excellent massages. So glad to see you are finding a way to make it all work O VP of international sales ((good for you) I will keep this in mind next time I come to the bay area if you are in town vs half way around the world.
Love ya,
Di
